Discover the Healing
Power of Humming

Most people hum without realising its trans-formative potential! However, when done correctly, humming becomes a powerful tool to calm the body and mind. This practice, has been used in the yogic tradition of India, known as Bhramari Pranayama, or the Humming Bee Breath for centuries. It works on a physiological level, soothing the body by regulating the nervous system. The vibrations from the humming stimulate branches of the vagus nerve, which pass through the larynx, the chest, the diaphragm as well as the pelvis promoting a state of deep calm and balance.

This practice inspired by Bhramari Pranayama is a specific breathing exercise that involves producing a humming sound during exhalation, reminiscent of the gentle hum of a bee. The term "Bhramari" is derived from the Sanskrit word for "bee," reflecting the nature of the sound produced. This practice is renowned for its ability to soothe the nervous system and promote mental tranquillity.

In the time together you'll be able to explore and experience the benefits of this simple practice, as we tap into the body’s natural ability to restore itself.

In This Free Session You’ll Experience...

✅ How to soothe your nervous system and ease chronic stress

Humming significantly increases nitric oxide production in the body where vibration is experienced. This signalling molecule enhances oxygen circulation, boosts immune function, and helps relax blood vessels—supporting overall respiratory and cardiovascular health.

✅ Quiet mental chatter and cultivate deep, embodied focus

Regular practice can alleviate brain fog and anxiety, leading to improved mental clarity and focus.

✅ Gently stimulate the vagus nerve - your body’s natural pathway to calm & repair

Sound-waves produced by humming stimulate the Vagus Nerve  promoting relaxation and the restoration of the body as well as reducing stress. This helps us come out of survival and into a state of rest and repair.

✅Improve Respiratory Health

Humming correctly enhances respiratory functions and can be beneficial for individuals with hypertension.

Scientific Insights:

I’ve never felt so relaxed after a session. Humming feels like it’s reaching deep into my body and calming me from the inside out!

Jack, 36

I’ve struggled with anxiety for a long time, and while it’s not gone overnight, I definitely felt a shift after practising the humming technique. It helped me find moments of calm throughout the day. I’m excited to continue exploring this practice.

Sophia, 62

This humming method helped me access a place of calm I didn’t even know was possible. I was sceptical at first as humming seemed too simple. But the way Cordelia taught it, made a real difference. I felt a gentle shift after the session, and I’m already using the technique when I feel stressed.
