Taster Sessions for Free

Your tone of voice reflects how you feel — it’s a direct expression of your inner state, a bridge to your Soul and a powerful tool for connection and regulation

Through sound, we can access layers of ourselves that may have been muted, buried, or disconnected over time — allowing greater integration, expression, and vitality to emerge.

These playful and restorative taster sessions invite you to explore the rejuvenating capacity of your own voice while connecting with others through sound-based exercises. Each month offers space for physical and emotional exploration that replenishes you from within and supports a grounded sense of presence.

With a small group size and a supportive online environment, you’ll have time to explore, share, and integrate your experience at a comfortable pace.

A different theme each month such as ...

✅ How to soothe your nervous system and ease chronic stress

Humming significantly increases nitric oxide production in the body where vibration is experienced. This signalling molecule enhances oxygen circulation, boosts immune function, and helps relax blood vessels—supporting overall respiratory and cardiovascular health.

✅ Quiet mental chatter and cultivate deep, embodied focus

Regular practice can alleviate brain fog and anxiety, leading to improved mental clarity and focus.

✅ Gently stimulate the vagus nerve - your body’s natural pathway to calm & repair

Sound-waves produced by humming stimulate the Vagus Nerve promoting relaxation and the restoration of the body as well as reducing stress. This helps us come out of survival and into a state of rest and repair.

✅Improve Respiratory Health

Humming correctly enhances respiratory functions and can be beneficial for individuals with hypertension.

✅Release Tension held in the Jaw

Clenching our teeth can be a result of holding back anger, not saying what we think (i.e. biting our tongue) or even stuck fear or even trauma caused by dental interventions. Gentle Neuro-Sensory Exercises can help us open our jaw and release this tension so it can ripple through our entire body.
